Would it be fair for the Courts to overturn the PROP8 after it was voted on?

I don't like the laws restricting a landowner from using his property as he sees fit, just because there's some endangered fungus living on it, but if that's the law of the land (which we weren't even given any opportunity to vote on) then that's the way the cookie crumbles. So I don't see the problem with accepting what's been voted into law, no matter what the issue. Not all laws are acceptable by everyone, yet it's what the majority sees fit to vote for or against. It's always been the majority. Wait a few years, and even that will change. People are so fickle. While I don't agree with many of the laws of our land, as well as some of the politicians that are now serving, the majority of the people have spoken, so I have to learn to live with it. That's my suggestion here...learn to live with it. Happiness isn't always about getting everything you want. You end up wanting more, so are never really happy. <*)))><
