It appears that my computer has one or several viruses. How can I get rid of them? ?

First before you pay anything download spybot search and destroy it is free i use it on my laptop and desktop and it works great at finding and destroying everything, second if that doesn't work call the makers of your computer, they should be able to remote into your computer and clean the viuses, but becareful with typing pwords, that keylogger is remembering everything that you type in and every webpage that you visit.
