Yes for sure without hesitation. First of all puppy mills are animal cruelty and many of those animals are very unhealthy. No one worries about genetics or what type of animal they are producing. MILLIONS of innocent animals lose their lives every year because of HUMAN IRRESPONSIBILITY. People breeding animals for fun, products of puppy mills, accidental pregnancies which are complete human neglect and irresponsibility. It is sad that so many perfectly healthy animals die each year because someone wants their dog to have puppies, or because someone can not be responsible and have their dogs fixed or watch them so no pregnancies occur. The worst of all are the puppy mills. A professional breeder/lover of the breeder only breeds for a healthy dog and they do the genetic tests and they weed out the week lines. The other ones do not. So I would without a moments hesitation support the bill in any and all ways because I am a true animal lover and it is sick to see the irresponsibility of humans cause the death and suffering of countless innocent animals.
