What does Neo-Judeo Spanish mean?

The Jews were expelled from Spain in 1492. These are called Sephardic Jews. When Spain got a new Constitution in 1868, Jews were permitted to tread once more upon Spanish soil. So Neo-Judeo Spanish would refer to those Jews or anything pertaining to Jews who arrived in Spain after 1868.
