Which aircraft is better for transatlantic flights?

I have the choice of a Boeing 747 (not sure which type), Boeing 777, Boeing 767-300, and a Boeing 767-400. I know on Delta the 767-400 offers AC Units, but I've only been on a 777 overseas. I'm flying coach also LOL. Which is the best and roomiest on Delta/Air France?
