Black People and the Race Card?????(Black People only!!!)?

Hey, I just sent off for my race card from the GSBP (Global Syndicate of Black People), how long will it be before I get it in the mail? How big is it, can it fit in my pocket? How soon can we start executing our master plan of taking over the world? I was just wondering because there was a mix up at headquarters when I was born and I never got one from the Emperor of Black People(Yea I know it's crazy that I'm still alive, since everyone knows we sustain our inscrutable power and immense wealth by exploiting the fact that racism was eradicated the moment the civil war ended). Oh yeah, and are we still using Obama to infiltrate the Whitehouse as a sleeper cell agent to dismantle America and enslave the white Christian population? I haven't been to a black peoples meeting in weeks and I'm a little behind.
