Do you really need religion to have a moral foundation?

but the laws are based on the ten commandments, yes? and those laws create our morality since they are spoken to and imposed on us since young age. the Biblical Law came from God...so with no God, there wouldn't be the Biblical laws and without those, our country's laws would probably be a bit different.
