If I were to go to Scotland would I be considered "attractive"?

Well I hear the men in Scotland have light eyes and are light skinned. What would they think of a girl like me. I'm American ( Don't know if that's bad or good) anyway I have brown eyes and brown hair which is EXCEEDINGLY common here where I live. Well I guess what I am asking is, is this attractive to Europeans in the area because I'd love to live in Europe.
