Lookin for a music video name or artist name.?

i saw this music video like last year or earlier this year. it was on bet jazz during the wicked carribean music videos. there was this girl and her backup singers singing and they were wearing rasta colored outfits with like shorts skirts and stuff they were dancing and there was this dude with dreadlocks being chased around the city i think he was running away form these girls but im not sure. i loved the song. but i missed the name and artist. and i would really like to find the name of hte song and artist. please help.
