Went out to eat and there ketchup tasted outa this world they said they mix viniger in it... How do i do that?

Ketchup already has vinegar in it, so just add a little at a time until you get the right taste. I would go with regular old white vinegar, apple cider vinegar or better yet red wine vinegar.
