MY FAMILY ARE RACIST AGAINS POLIHSH PEOPLE! I DONT GET IT?

so there is this boy at my school and he really likes m and i like him but .... he is polish ! so i have been a bit mean to him because my family hates pols! not to mention they hate Somalians how can i get them to stop being racist?
