Magic The Gathering deck help!?

i'll admit i'm no expert, but honest looks like you might need to drop some spells and more creatures, you might wanna use child of the night, best blue black i worked with was making decks either shave opponents decks, or steal life, best way is test the decks, i build multiple decks and test them in my spare time if my friends are busy. try that method
