I need publishing date, place of publishing, and the publishing company for the Encylopedia Britannica. Help?

I'm doing a report on Ho Chi Minh, and I can't use internet sources. I found information on him in the Encyclopedia, but it was on the internet, and I can't find the publishing information I need to write on my note card. Help me please?
