Are there any MTF transuals who had SRS?

I'm searching an ideal surgeon for my srs, I have been researching some of works by several surgeons on the net. many of them looks terrible and shallow, 12 cm/5 inc average, do u know any of surgeons that make perfect appereance with quite depth (17-18 cm/7-8 inc at least) my fianc�'s pen is XXL and I'm worrying because of that!!!! do u know any surgeon who make deeper nd good-looking ?? I don't want to get hurt coz of my results... help please!!
