Is there a Dr Seuss bookclub available in Canada?

I have been searching for a bookclub that send mostly Dr. Seuss so I can gather the whole collection, however, the only one i can find is Dr. Seuss and Friends, and that only ships to the United States. Or is there a website that sells the collection as a whole?
