I think she was called Olympus 3? She appeared on Top of the Pops around the same time as Haddaway's 'What is Love?' and she had a slight operatic style of singing which was against a dance track. The video was her in a black catsuit bent over with her face in the camera and sped up clouds against a blue sky.
